+ relaxation massage
my approach to massage therapy
I graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in June 2019 + am a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS).
I believe in treating your chief complaint by creating a safe + effective treatment plan that is individual to your body’s physical + mental needs
I believe that the body, mind + soul have an amazing ability to heal itself. believe in the importance of continuing education + a thorough understanding of the body’s anatomy + physiology. Discovering the root cause of your discomfort or condition within my scope of practice, as well as through the referral of other health practitioners is a key component in my practice.
I allow sufficient time time in between clients to ensure for the most effective treatment possible + to allow for a relaxed session for you
Your massage appointment will include an assessment, treatment + a home care plan to optimally support your healing + wellness.
Thank you for allowing me to be a partner in your wellness.
I have taken the necessary precautions to ensure that both you + I are safe during in-person sessions.
I also ask that you reschedule your in-person session if
~ you have a fever or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing
~ you have travelled out-of-province within the last 14 days
~ you have had any contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19
~ you are feeling sick
Take care of your self – more than ever, the world needs you well.
