Who CAN LEARN REIKI?
The short answer: anyone.
Reiki is a very simple technique to learn + is not dependent on one having any prior experience with healing, meditation or any other kind of training. The ability to do Reiki is transferred from the teacher (me) to the student (you), through a process called an attunement, which takes place during a Reiki class.
Once you’ve received an attunement, you have the ability to do Reiki.

USUI REIKI LEVEL 1
Reiki Level 1 teaches self-healing + learning to connect to universal life force energy. It is the light switch that 'turns on' the power.
You will learn:
- chakra + meditation basics
- all about energy
- Reiki history, ethics + principles
- Reiki hand positions
- Reiki self-treatment
- Animal Reiki basics
You will receive:
- Reiki Level 1 Attunem

Reiki Level 1 focuses on healing others, as well as learning distance Reiki. You will also become attuned to Reiki symbols.
You will learn:
- review Reiki Level 1
- distance Reiki
- ways to use Reiki for every day life + for manifesting
- how to heal clients
- Reiki business basics
You will receive:
- Reiki Level 2 Attunement
- Reiki Level 2 Manu
